This was the game of the season so far.  This was a brilliant game from bath sides.  We took the lead with a brilliant free kick from Adam Siviter.  We held out for a little bit but the opposition started to over power us and went in front 3 1. 

With the game being so taught I gave the team a chance to get it back and they did with style.  In the second half we got a goal back with a penalty from Adam who just blasted past an old friend of us all Daniel Holdey who had a great game.  Then in the final minutes of the game Reece Webb swung in a tremendous corner into the box for Kaine to run on to it and volley a wonder strike into the top corner.  With us thinking we had pulled of the comeback of the year Lane Head went on the break with a one on one with Ryan who did what he does best and save the day.

Summary: This was a brilliant team effort by all.

With us not using any subs in the previous game we made 4 changes to try and be fair to one and all.  But after the first 10 minutes of the game and going down 4 goals to nil I had a harsh lesson on management and changed it in the second half to try and stop the goals from going in.  we did get a consolation goal from Tom who scored straight from the corner into the top corner.  Even though we lost this was one that I feel we should not have lost and hopefully we won’t lose the return match.
