Tough Match,as we all knew it would be.Not helped by conceeding the first Goal early..before we knew it we were 3-0 down...Second half came along a bit of a 50/50 in the box,next thing we know "little Lukey" conceeded a pen.. ...Well 4-0 was the end result but can I just say..Blades we need to be more "vocal" more "physical" and more "aware" of what options we have on the pitch..Ok we missed the lads who were not present today (not much option to change the formation)and Darrell not being there didn't help.But lads "believe in each other"..YOU ARE ALL GOOD ENOUGH PLAYERS.......

Despite my thoughts last week that Blades would wait for me to miss this game due to family commitment and produce a win - i was wrong!
Reports back to me that Blades went 1-0 down and let their heads drop to allow themselves to go 3-0 down soon after was not what i asked of them after training on Wednesday when they put a superb effort in and responded well to the drills we did to prepare them for this game.
Performances from Asha for his first full League game between the posts, Edward Parsons (again - learn from this attitude the rest of the team) and Alec Knowles were, it seems, highlights in the game but the majority of the game seems to be one to forget!
Seems like the lads know best when it comes to Match days and do what they feel like rather than what's asked.
